How might we design an intelligent real-time planning system that turns operational efficiency into a climate advantage, accelerating decarbonization and reducing the environmental footprint of the textile industry?

How might we optimize the consumption of electricity and natural gas in the plant’s steam and compressed air systems to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact?
How might we reduce water consumption in the textile dyeing process to lower operational costs and minimize the water footprint?
How might we reduce and reuse the volume of sludge generated in the wastewater treatment plant to minimize costs and reduce environmental impact?
Who can participate?
Startups, scale-ups, innovative SMEs, universities, and technology centers from Peru or abroad with technological solutions aligned with one of our challenges.
To apply, they must meet these key requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of continuous operation.
- Proven experience in the area of the chosen challenge.
- Have generated between USD 133,000 and USD 2.27 million in revenue during 2024.
- Present a solution with technological maturity (TRL 5 to 7) validated in a relevant environment.
- Have the technical and operational capacity to co-develop and implement a pilot with TDV.
- If operating outside of Peru, they must be willing to work locally if selected.
